And just to answer the next statement that your most likely to make. Me lumping this particular group altogether as thugs is my opinion...since only the ones charged can be verified as thugs. The rest of the thugs will hide behind anonymity as long as possible, no matter what their level of involvement is.
False. That was not the case in the very beginning. Then, you see people looking to see what's going on, why the group had stopped. There was no all-out assault in the beginning.

LOL, the camera had about 3-4 seconds of video of the stopped SUV and from a bad angle, I'll take the drivers word his vehicle was being damaged by the thugs but keep posting, in 13 years in OT I've never seen anyone owned as much as you have, really it's epic at this point, keep posting!!..

Guilt by association. Neither did they stop their biker friends from kicking the SUV. They didn't stop their friends from speeding and doing stupid tricks in the road or impeding traffic. They didn't stop them from racing after the SUV. They didn't stop them from pulling the driver out of the car. They didn't stop them from beating him.
They were complacent and therefore almost as guilty as those doing the kicking.
They all should have been arrested.

Still amazed at the people who think he is completely morally innocent in this. He almost got his family killed, he should've never been following the bikers so closely. I bet he regrets it.
This whole even still makes me wish AK's for self defense were legal. I would have loved if he shot and killed at least 10 of them while they were hitting his vehicle. But I would settle for even one of their heads exploded by a point blank shotgun blast the moment he banged on the window.
