laptop for home and road

My office just bought a dell laptop with built in 10/100 NIC and 56k modem. The user has earthlink dsl at home and wishes to use that and when she's on the road, she wants to be able to dial up to earthlink. How do I go about setting this up for the user?

Yeah, I looked at that and someone else told me that you have to be admin to switch...and I don't want to give users admin rights.
Can u verify u don't hafta be admin?
Oh yeah, added bonus if possible: We have assigned IP's here at work, so if we can get her to work with Earthlink DSL, DialUp, and Work, that'd be awesome. thanx!

The change is done on the laptop only.

The person does not have to be Admin. of your office system.

Anyway, email the Netswitcher, they are nice people.
