Laptops with DVI out

are there any? ive noticed some of the range topping Acer's have DVI out.

considering nearly all graphics cards have at least 1 DVI port, and now its more common to get two DVI ports, i would of thought Laptops would get them too.

probably wont go near a dell, out of preference.... but least i have some more options

i really liked the Samsung X60. seen as they make their own RAM and HDD's n things they give you some stellar kit for good prices, the UK site seems to think that it does indeed have DVI (less it means interface to the LCD) but the american site says it doesnt. which is a shame

reason i want DVI is that i want to also get a large WS monitor, so when im home i hook the lappy up, add mouse and KB and use like a normal PC

would a 20.1inch WS work ok with VGA?

I like the sager high end line myself. BAD ASS and all have DVI output. Alienware too!

I got a MSI MS 1036 laptop it has dvi out and there are more msi notebooks that have dvi out

I use the VGA out on my laptop to my projector (Infocus X1) and it looks great (8'x6')

they are expensive for what you get though, and no doubt id want to run XP on it too... in which case the HDD and RAM amount will probably be too small for my liking
