it's the story of a girl in russia whose parents leave her and go to america. over the course of the movie there are 2 rapes, 2 suicides, and someone's sold into sex slavery. it was so depressing and disturbing.

I was wathing a show talking about the top 100 horror films last Halloween. Audition was in the top 10 (I think it was actually in the top 5)

The descriptions of the movie were enough to keep me from renting it.
