My statement makes sense to those that know their history with regards to the 2nd amendment and the supreme court and to those that have actually read the constitution. Which means...of course you two don't get it.
Your statement was pure and unadulterated bullshit. Part of the 2nd Amendment has always been about firearms and you can read hundreds of quotes from the founding fathers taken from the time it was written as proof.
""The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms."
- Samuel Adams, Massachusetts Ratifying Convention, 1788"

So shove your faux intellectual crap up your ass about it suddenly being invented in 2008.

Safety and gun education shouldn't require touching one. Replicas work just great for that. They make those nice bright blue training guns for a reason for such educational courses. Your lack of education about this very subject shows right here in this post. Hence why your paranoia is being shown in all it's glory to the world with this thread.

Nope, you said it. Do I really need to quote your stupidity further?
The best you can do is call me names. I'm trying to think of who else does that a lot... someone with tyrannical instincts as I recall.

Coincidences. How kooky.

Got an email from the NRA:

THANK YOU

Dear SlowSpyder,

You are now a member of America’s oldest civil rights organization. It is great to have you in our corner! As an NRA member, you are defending your Second Amendment rights and promoting gun safety across America.

I'm feeling good about sending them my money. This thread only reinforces that.

No one cares.

Perhaps I was too subtle. I try to be polite.

I understand firearms. I grew up in a hunting family. Firearm selection is dependent on the prey. Not all firearms or cartridges are suitable for all prey or circumstances. Some are exceptionally suitable for particular prey & few others.

So, don't be coy. AR & AK style carbines are highly developed for killing a lot of people in a short period of time. That's really their intended use. Civilian versions are only slightly more tame. They have very limited utility in other applications. They're the preferred weapon of murderous bastards all over the world.

So, why do people insist on owning such a thing, anyway? Why do they want it so bad?

News reports now there maybe a second person. There is another phone(?) charger in his hotel room that doesn't match what he had with him and his key card was used while his car was gone. Not definite proof but two odd things.
I'm betting it's a hooker but we'll see.

I call a spade a spade. I call a dipshit a dipshit. Your arguments amount to pile pure trollish shit. You STILL can't use the word tyranny properly because you still don't know the definition. We have this thing called the internet with access to tons of information. Considering how badly you react to the thought of education, it might be a bit too much for your brain to handle though. Still, try to look up the definition of the word tyranny and see how laughable your attempt to use it in this thread as an argument to my proposal about proper education is. Please. I encourage you to do so. You will win the internet if you can show how your version of tyranny actually fits in logically with your argument.

Was the definition you provided incorrect?

You can quote individuals out of context all you want, I'll quote the constitution, a document signed and agreed to by all parties, in context, in return.

I posted this long time ago in this thread but it got lost...

Witness says mysterious woman warned concertgoers ‘you're all going to die tonight’ an hour before Las Vegas shooting

The person on the video is convincing. So what ever became of this? Did authorities talk to this "woman?" Maybe the woman was a maid and saw the guns or maybe she had a drink with him, he did like to drink. Or maybe it is all bullshit or a coincidence but I've seen nothing in the news and I can't find anything but the original story online. It true would be awfully embarrassing to the hotel if the security guards escorted her out while ignoring the warnings. So where is this woman? Did she get disappeared? lol

Samuel Adams at the ratifying convention is "out of context" ? Only to a liar and a faux intellectual like yourself.

Some states have a firearm qualification in addition to their training class as part of their carry permit process. I'm not sure how many have re-qualification required. I believe California does require re-qualification every 2 years with every weapon listed on your permit (along with a shorter refresher course).

Note: this isn't necessarily related to a "firearms license" i.e. a license to buy/own/possess firearms. I'm not sure if any state requires qualification for guns you purchase unless you are planning to carry them. I don't live in a state that requires either, so I'm not sure... every state (unfortunately) has different rules.

Most important qualification for owning a firearm should be mental health check. People are increasingly becoming insane and it is hard to identify them.

You have to remember, the anti-2A'ers here are not thinking straight, it is all emotion and no logic. If he wants to think that quote is out of context because that protects his fragile (and incorrect) view of what reality is, anti-2A'ers will gladly create their own reality and substitute actual reality with it.

Yea but the LV police are still insisting it was just one. Guess it's possible. Just saw a CNN article that they found bullet marks on the fuel tanks. But there has been zilch about this women.

Agreed, I assume the hallways have security cameras but I will say the card being used while the car is out sounds odd but not completely impossible because of errors or him forgetting something, parking out front then running to his room to get it

You do know that Adams isn't a signer of the constitution and was an anti-federalist? Of course you do, just as I'm sure you know your quote can't actually be attributed to him.

You are stupid as fuck and you prove it every day.
