Still looking for deals...

Here are the latest deals from letstalk.com, I think these prices on these particular phones are the cheapest I've found on the net, including amazon.com and buy.com, when I am comparing the pricing after rebate. Don't know if amazon and buy.com have updated their pricing to compete. Have fun guys! of course you get locked in for one or even worse two years, which sucks. Now if there was a way to do rebated phone service...

I randomly plugged 4 of these into Amazon.com, and all were significantly cheaper there. Seems pretty tough to beat Amazon these days on a phone deal.

I've purchased two through them. Phones arrived fast and already activated. Rebates were also quick.

I didn't go through the list, but from what I can tell (for the Tmobile phones), the prices are the same as Amazon and you still have to deal with 2 rebates.

I went through Amazon a while back to get my Motorola V60t for FREE. Both the Amazon $150 and AT&T $100 rebates came through without a hitch!
Still lovin this small and stylish phone!

You didn't have to go and list examples - I believed ya! My statement wasn't very clear - I was trying to support your initial statement in that amazon's offerings are just as good (if not better in some situations as you pointed out) as letstalk

Hi all!

My wife and I have been looking for an inexpensive (preferable $20 or less a month), yet reliable phone/plan in the Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Connecticut area. This comes on the heel of an auto breakdown, thankfully within a mile of the house (at the start of a long highway trip, WHEW!) Would anyone have any suggestions of:

1. Where to look?
2. Reliable coverage/companies
3. What to keep in mind when shopping for a cell phone?

We simply want something that has good coverage in the above areas and is a simple, small, no frills phone that we can depend on in a pinch.....

Thanks!

I would go with a prepaid plan considering you will be using the phone so little. Unfortunately, I can't tell you which prepaid plan is the best - especially in your area.

I wasn't trying to prove anything... Just pointing out which ones you could get cheaper at Amazon. I really doubt they are ALL cheaper at amazon.

I found that At&T has some good deals if u get it from their website.. attws.com
I saw a deal for 29.99 where they give an extra 100 mins (Web only offer). so.. 300 mins anytime + unlimited nights and weekends. Best for that price I've seen anywhere. And also incoming messages are free.

Phones cost a bit more but in the long term..u may save

Oops. Almost forgot. Their rebates are all instant rebates on phones. So no need to wait
