We had a vendor show this morning with all of our office suppliers. So it was qucik trip downstairs to see what freebies I could snag.
The usual swag was available: post-it notes of various sizes, pens, clickable highlighter (yellow highlighter that's in a click pen form), erasers, staple remover. Again the usual.
But thing that had me laughing out loud was one of secretaries had one of these in her hand (the bright blue one). She was asking the sales guy what it was used for.
As I am somewhat weird in mental processes, I immediately though of the scene in "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels,"
Yup, that's what it used for.
I had to choke back the free cookie and swallow some free punch. My boss gave me a strange look but didn't ask. For that I am grateful.
