Warranty doesn't really make or break a card IMO. Unless you plan to RMA a card you've oc'd. I'd say that's a nono. Anyway, Leadtek has a much better track record than xfx from gf6 series. Issues with loose hsf's, abnormally loud fans, and high temps were floating around (most I've read were on the 6600gt agp).

Unlike the 6800GT/6800U, the 7800GT has four less pipelines than the 7800GTX.
