I just got my 10,000 RP and another 1,000 RP for using the card. it's pretty amazing. Over $100 in free RP and its pretty easy to set up. The biggest issue I had was it took like 5 business days for cash to get transferred to the account initially.

did you direct deposit from employer or just from your bank account? If the latter works, I will surely sign up.

It works from banks. This is why you guys are confusing me with this employer DD nonsense. Like I said earlier, I used PayPal to fund via DD.

I set up with my employer to Direct deposit $20 bucks a period and I just buy lunch with the money weekly that way I can keep a steady flow of RP for the 100 per transaction for the first 10 transactions.

Funding is different than Direct Deposit, pretty sure if you do it from a bank they won't consider it a direct deposit. The reason why companies normally give you a higher reward for direct deposit is because it ensures them they are getting more of your money.

No, you need to set up a direct deposit service that will transfer money over periodically throughout owning the card, I'm pretty sure you can only do this through an employer.

If you just transfer money from paypal/cc/bank you will only get 1,000 rp then 100 rp every time you use the card for your first 10 purchases.

I did one $20 DD transfer from PayPal to the AmEx Serve card. 1000RP (for depositing $20 on the card) + 10000RP (using direct deposit) = 11,000 RP total. Plus the 1000 for signing up and another 1000 for completing 10 transactions = 13,000 RP total.

It's so simple.

I had the worst Sona support in the world. Clarity/Teleport as summoners. Buys 1 ward at at time. Constantly Q'ing creeps and making me miss CS.

If that wasn't bad enough, our Riven top built COMPLETELY glass cannon and died like 8 times because she wandered off by herself constantly. Our jungle J4 was a know it all who asked me "Trist where's your damage?" when I have BotRK, LW, BT, and SS. In a ranked game. We only won that because they were stupid and split to try and push all three lanes at once and we caught them out and then pushed their base on 60s death timers.

Those types of games make you not want to play anymore.

It was the worst team I've ever been on. Our top/mid/jungler would not stop bitching about one another from a few mins into the match. And Sona's response to any of my friendly advice was stfu.

Mute is your friend. Also I generally don't try to help people because they just get defensive and type instead of playing the damn game. Riven is usually built mostly glass cannon + Guardian Angel because her shield scales with AD. I also always build IE before BT on Trist, in fact I usually rush IE (Dorans + 3 LS quints is sufficient lifesteal) though botrk is still a viable rush it should be followed by IE+LW in whatever order you need them.

Usually I do build IE. I figured I needed more sustain though because my team was doing NOTHING to peel for me. Riven, J4, Sona, and Kass would all dive for their Caitlyn and Karma, leaving me to fend for myself against Udyr and sometimes Renek too. So when Udyr started going for me, I'd E -> AA a few times -> hit BORK active -> knock back with R -> kite with AAs. This allowed me to sucker him in, eat his stun plus a few AAs, and then regen back up once I knocked him out of melee range.

At least I got a fat +25 LP out of that win.

Not sure how many have seen this, but there's a very easy way to make 13,000 RP right now.

1,000 RP for signing up for an American Express Serve (pre-paid) card.

11,000 RP for direct depositing $20 into the card.

1,000 RP for making 10 transactions with the card.

You can link a PayPal account for DD purposes and then use the $20 to purchase ten $2 Amazon cards or something. Then you never have to use the card again and get 13K RP for it.

Oh man, just had one of those games.

Trying to carry myself out of silver 5, doing decently atm, but holy shit.

In this game, I was carrying insanely hard as Darius, 8/0/whatever. However, every single fight, 3 guys would just walk into the enemy team single file line and get annihilated. I'm yelling into chat to stop doing that, but every single fight, volibear, who lost 0/5 to fizz top goes in first without chance of support and dies, followed by talon who tried to follow in with voli, dies instantly, and sona, who gets mopped up.

We lost a game we were winning by 30/15 because they just kept suiciding. Why.

I'm very surprised at the audacity. I would not be the least bit surprised if AmEx gets "served" with a lawsuit for a bait and switch. They should have waited 6-12 months to do this and then the case wouldn't be nearly as strong.

Did you guys know that if you're attacking the enemy nexus as Twitch and use his ultimate, he does 0 damage to the nexus. Almost lost a game last night because of it. I thought it was some crazy lag or something. Weird.

It's actually a range thing. If you move in to his normal attack range he'll hit it.

I finally joined most of you other scrubs in Plat 5 by spamming Varus. Damn do I love Trist but Varus is just so much stronger. I also don't think he has any bad matchups. I can fight Corki with Triforce if he's not ahead gold-wise, I can fight Caitlyn for lane dominance from level 1, Vayne is a skill matchup latter on but early levels are way in your favor, ezreal... well I don't think Ez is all that strong to begin with Triforce is just good but just about any ADC is a skill matchup and can beat/lose to him.
