I paid for it, my drive died, their response was that their records show i put it in my cart but never paid for it. Those files required a username and password to view, anyways...I wish they'd just try my username and password to see that I bought their product and their records are wrong.

The videos are still available for $9.95 each and I just purchased a few. They offer a free video for every four that you purchase, so I bought five of them. Besides Windows 2003, they also offer videos for learning Java, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Frontpage, and the new InfoPath.

The link to download the software again is on your order form they emailed you when you paid for the order (they one they said it was important to keep or print out). Even if you download the software you still need your username and password to enable the DRM part before they can be viewed.

DRM is imbedded pretty good. I don't think you can just take it out! Good luck trying though. I'm sure it can be done. I just don't think it is that easy.

The old version of DRM was cracked once:

Just got in on this, but I have a question... In WMP there is an option to back-up and restore your licenses. If I back them up and then restore on another computer, will it be playable or not???

I think the license is only restorable on the computer they were back up on!

You should just be able to install a new license on the other computer. I have a couple of the different videos from this company, and a couple of them are running on both of my computers without a problem.

I cannot believe someone has not found a way to crack DRM yet? I would have to believe that someone is working on it in their mother's basement as we speak!

I've been able to get around it... not exactly cracking it, but if you want to share the videos with some friends this works. I used a program called Camtasia Studio 2 which allows you to basically record a portion of your screen (or full screen if you like). I just set the video to play and have the program record 800x600 portion of my screen right where the video is and it captures the audio from the wave playback. The result is an almost identical video and audio copy of the original avi file without any protection. That thing works very well, but of course you have to watch all the videos all over again
