Just because its software that you lost, does not make it the responsibility of the company you bought it from to supply you with another copy to replace the one you lost. I just did not understand how you could feel ripped off on something you lost. I am glad that the company gave you a new copy of the videos. I just think that was nice on their part, I don't think it was their obligation! I would have charged you for it again.... but that's just me
