I have this mouse, the regular one, and it is great. It is quite responsive. I'm not much of a gamer, except I play on-line golf, and the responsiveness is almost good, if not better, than the microsoft optical wired (the basic white one).

Can someone explain the tilt wheel? Also would there be a proper way to clean the leather? I saw one today at OD, and it looks like it's just a thin veneer, but won't it get nasty dirty from sweat?
