LEDs and a VGA question

Got two questions;
I'm looking to buy blue colored LED lights for the front panel of my PC case (tired of the same old green and orange lights). The only place I've found them online is a UK-based computer store, that only ships to the UK. Anyone know of a website where I might find these items? Or even a type of retail store that could carry them?

Also, does anyone know if the VisionTek 6564 GeForce3 Ti 200 OEM Version comes with the same heatsink and fan that the retail version comes with?

Standard (scroll down) or Ultrabright? I got some of these @ a local RadioShack. You might find some at most electronic part stores.
