Update: with 21 out of 33 participants reporting that they've submitted their blocks, crackgamewinner@hotmail.com has 27,000 blocks in its account. There are still 12 people that haven't submitted any blocks (or haven't let me know about it if they have).

I'll leave this up for a few more days for anybody that missed it the first time around, then start cracking any difference (below 33K) myself, then retire the crackgamewinner@hotmail.com account into Semper_Fi's.

I know Networkman will be switching some of his fleet to RC5 in the new year ,something about a debt he owes ,I guess this is it?

I submitted blocks 6th and 7th this month. It seems only 750 make through. I'll do missing 250 today.

Sorry, got involved with SETI and forgot my commitment. I've started the RC5 client, with it set to stop after 1000 packets - are packets the same as blocks?

If you go into menu 1, there's an option to have the client shutdown after it does so many packets. Because packets are the same as blocks in this case(a packet is 1 2^28 WU, to which we are calling a block), that should work fine.

Humm, I take that back; I read too deeply. A packet is not the same, but is indeed differnt. Set your client to use only 2^28 sized blocks first if you want to use that option, otherwise you may end up doing more than you anticipated.
