I've never gotten a headache. But I've gotten a little dizziness/nausea after doing leg presses. I think that's from getting up too fast and/or dropping blood sugar. Definitely make sure your breathing while you do it. Breathe out when pushing out and in as you let the weights down. If you stop breathing and strain like that you'll probably also get hemorrhoids. You don't want that.
