Moving to squats every other day has removed any pain, same as Koing, never get doms except after a break. Every 10-12 weeks, I do take a full week off and it sucks
Just do 4-5sets of legs on the day before your due to not go to the gym for four days when your at work. This should help you out as then you won't have a possible 7 day break in between leg sessions.
