After a recent order with them that finally got closed earlier today after calling and calling and calling and calling and calling more; due to a defective part they shipped me, I'll think twice about dealing with them in the future.

Yep -- they sent me the wrong video card 3 times.. They have no toll free number, and the regular number rings off the hook without answer when you need to reach them.

I don't shop there anymore.

they have been great to me, ordered plenty of things from them, and any problems(haven't been many) they have taken care of wonderfully, even sent me a call tag so i wouldnt have to pay to ship it back(unlike AlOT of other companies)

I suspect that there will be good and bad stories about them as with most places. It's all relative. They've been pretty good for me. I've had two problems with them in the past (out of maybe 12 orders) and while I was not happy about the situations (one defective part, one retail box missing a few items), they eventually resolved both to my satisfaction. They also tend to keep shipping level as you order more items (if you only order a single small item, it can be a little steep). As someone pointed out though, Newegg does have this card cheaper.

Wow I?m really surprised at that, they have normal business hours, I have called many times and someone is always there to help. Did you call the #760-726-7700? I had a defective item once and they sent a replacement and it arrive a few days later and I sent them the defective item back.

yeah not a very good deal , you could get a 6600 128mb or x700 easily for $85.

This deal isn't over, it's just going to be more available and cost less with time.

IMO it's the perfect card for HD HTPC because it doesn't have anything you don't need

probably 6800SE or 6800LE or 6800Xt or one of the crippeld 8 pipe ones.
