I have no problem with starting and keeping freeman in. I have a problem with them not running and not exercising the short passing game.


Also saw a story that the dolphins submitted a request to the league to review that pushing on FG penalty when the ravens did it to them. League then sends out refreshes update to all the officials and in turn patriots get burned by it, that's good karma.

Had Ponder or Cassel started the game I have no doubt the Vikings would have had a chance to win it.

I don't know how to explain it. Adrian Peterson was getting wide open on checkdowns in the 2nd half of the game but Freeman kept throwing terrible passes down the field, it was just a mind boggling offensive game plan. The game should have been much worse for the Vikings but the Giants receivers were constantly dropping passes and slipping.

I doubt Freeman knew where the checkdown was even supposed to be on most of the plays. It just made such little sense for them to be sending 1 or 2 men downfield and expecting their passes to work.

I just wish Freeman had some team pride and asked to sit at the half. Ponder would have at least given them a chance to win at that point. Benching Freeman would have opened up the run game as well, as they'd have to stop stacking the box with 8-9 guys.
