I hope that one of the theaters around me pick it up...you'd think that Phoenix would have more independent theaters, but noooo.

So my wife and I just saw "Let The Right One In" movie. We enjoyed it for the most part, it was a little slow at times, and we have a few questions on it.
1) The guy who was watching Eli in the beginning, who was that in relation to her? Her father? Someone else?
2) Oskar was at his dads place and some guy with longer black hair showed up, and Oskar hitched a ride home. Who was the guy with long black hair? Was it supposed to be his dad's lover or something and that's why his parents were separated?
3) Near the end of the movie Eli walked in Oscars house without being invited in and had to change her clothes. As she was changing her clothes Oscar peaked in and they has about a 1 second shot of some part of Eli that appeared to be injured. What was that a shot of?

Eli isn't actually a girl. Even though the character was played by a girl.

Eli isn't a girl as in she is a vampire or Eli was supposed to be a boy?
