Nothing is the absence of something. Do you define absence as a "thing?" If so, then the question is false.

If nothing is mere total emptiness, which I would say is a suitable definition, then yes.
We are in fact mostly made of emptiness. The space between the atoms of our molecules for example, is mostly made up of nothingness. Solid matter is mostly nothing, there's only a thin sprinkling of atoms in there, mutually repulsing one another.

"Nothing" is an abstract concept. It does not exist in reality. It's like zero: you can't point to a collection of zero of something.
