I heard on tv some guys put a bombed around a guy's head, which was locked onto his neck made out of steal. Told him to rob a place and he will get a key to open this device, however police got the guy before he was finished robing. He tried to explain to them what happened but it was too late and the bomb went off around his neck. Maybe someone knows more about this.
