Yeah, you'd need dozens of people just to keep basic lights and water going unless maybe you just piped/wired shit to a few rooms and stayed tied up in port. You could always sell off more rooms to preppers and wire them up as necessary. You could call it the ultimate zombie apocalypse bunker, when it comes yall will just sail off and sit it out offshore in a bigass friggen aircraft carrier. If it ever does happen and they find out it can't really move, what would you care at that point anyway?

Hell you could probably find enough hard core preppers to provide year round free labor for most of the maintenance. Fuel to run the generators would be a bitch though, like I said you'd have to find a way to run off shore power and only what you are actually using or even that would be a bitch.

Don't get this equating of removing (mostly artistically unimpressive) rather recent, highly political statements from public spaces with 'erasing history'.

As for Mount Rushmore - it's probably only a matter of time before Trump decides to get his own visage added to it.

I'm not really a fan of statues, but we should keep the ones we have, and just not make anymore. They can be little monuments to pretentiousness.

They have those already....they're called Rolls Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari....etc
