who the fk cares what it looks like its a fing phone, and LG is at least trying new things unlike everyone else in the industry
Exactly. Overly round and mismatched colors? Who the hell thought that was a good idea? It looks like a phone from 5 years ago.
It's not just a phone, it's a hand held computer that for many people is their primary and only computing device. And it costs half a grand. How it looks matters. If the price was ~$100 maybe I wouldn't care as much, but this is supposed to be a flagship phone, and yet it looks like a value phone.
I'm on the side that would pick a larger, non-replaceable battery than a smaller one that can be swapped. I don't want to carry spare batteries with me, nor do I want to carry accessories around either. This is going to flop big time.
If it costs half a grand, all the more reason to not have its lifespan limited by lifespan of the battery. It's not about carrying batteries with you, it's about being able to replace it a couple years down the road.

I believe Anubis has a Kyocera Echo...the one with the dual screen. I heard the "function" in this not only trumps the "form" but beat it into a bloody pulp. The phone was also quite popular, i heard. :sneaky::sneaky:I want to see your stuff.
and with everything in life, there are those who are in the minority with differing viewpoint, and wouldn't you know it, often time they're wrong. Ignorant and wrong with their own assessment.I've never kept a phone long enough to notice decreased battery life. Would take a larger one that lasts longer even if its not removable 100% of the time. I also don't buy phones brand new at $800 so I don't care about replacing my $200-300 device every two years.
People care about what watches look like because they are fashion elements way more than they tell time anymore. Its jewelry. Caring about your phone the same way is pretty nerdy imo.
