vfrjim,
Well I took the plunge at MWAVE and got my PC60 in the mail about a week and a half ago. It's purring away on my desk right now, but I'm wondering if anyone experienced the same frustration I did with the internal 3.5" drive mount.
Small Gripe #1: I'm not talking about the 3.5" bays up near the middle of the case below the 5.25" bays, I'm thinking of the drive mount that's screwed into the very bottom of the case. I figured I'd be able to yank it out, mount my 2 45GB IDE drives in it, shove it back in, and screw it back down. Well, unfortunately, once a drive is mounted in there it seems that the 2 screws holding the bracket to the bottom of the case are BLOCKED. So the only way I found to mount the drives is to keep the the drive bracket mounted where it is, remove both side panels from the case, and mount the drives up directly into the bracket. This is a total hassle because it hampers what I thought was the "raison d'etre" of a removable drive bracket, which is that it must be removable Am I missing something here or has anyone else noticed this little problem with what is otherwise an awesome case?
Small Gripe #2: Installing an Enermax power supply in this pup required removing one of the wire fan guards in order to fit it through the back of the case. Anyone else run into this?
