Lian-Li PCV2100B

Hi all, (help?)

I'm looking to get a Lian-Li PCV2100 in black, but I have yet to find one with a windowed side panel. I have seen replacement panels for the 2000 series but not for the 2100.

Have you bothered to contact LianLi? It looks like the side panels on the 2000 should be the same as the 2100.

not fun on a $300 case. and as Zepper mentioned, try the one for the 2000.

Not necessarily it would still be fun to fabricate one!!

There is a size difference between the 2100 and the 2000 (I think the 2100 is taller), so I do believe the side panels are proprietary.

Anyone else?

This place sells custom modified cases and they carry the V2100B. Although a window doesn't appear to be an option for this model they may be able to make one for you. The V2000 side panels have curved edges and the V2100 has straight edges so a V2000 panel is out of the question. I think one of the other issues with the V2100 is the fact that it has sound dampening foam on both of the side panels to cut down on noise. Maybe you could find a metal shop somewhere in your area and have them cut the appropriate holes in your panel?
