Sure you can, but for a price. But if they don't have any other phone number than that you're stuck with it or the website which you said apparently isn't working right. Might give it another try to see what happens.

I still think it would be easier to just buy a new fan, only a few bucks for one and much less hassle it would seem at this point.

- It is MUCH easier to just buy a new fan. That wasn't the point of this thread, it was to find the lian li support information. Do a search for Lian Li support in google, this is the 2nd link that pops up. Apparently not many people have talked about lian li and support.

I'll have to contact newegg and hope that they have their support information.

Really sounds like a self imposed restriction. Try another telephone...unless you're not paying the bill. Then use an international phone card, for goodness sake.

I had the exact same problem with my Lian Li fans; I also got no support from Lian Li.

They way I solved the problem is that I plugged the fans straight to the 5v power supply instead of the motherboard. the MB supply was about 1.6v, so perhaps that was too low for the fans. The fans run faster, but I'm OK with that. My fans came with an adapter to fit the Molex connectors.

I had an issue somewhat like this... I was putting some equipment into the case, and when I was done, I couldn't find one of the little plastic pieces that allows the front panel to be installed. I did the Lian Li service thing, but their entire system has messed up errors--I either get an error upon posted the message, or I get a blank e-mail after.

Luckily, I posted about it on here, and Zepper posted a link of where the part could be ordered... So it should be in the mail or something to that effect as of now.

I bought the case from Performance PCs, and they have been exceptionally helpful thus far, as they are trying to locate the part for me as well.

In regards to cases, I don't think I will be getting or recommending Lian Li again... Enermax & CoolerMaster are still on my good list though.

EDIT: Here's the website that has Lian Li case stuff. You might want to see if they have your exact fan and everything, if you want an exact replacement...

I'd like to know how I could get a hold of Lian-Li as well. I remember getting a reply from them a long time ago, but from what I've seen, their support in non-existent.
