Liberals version of Breitbart

Is there a liberal version of Breitbart / The Blaze out there? After the topic on this board about the clickbait web page title from that site (that was total bullshit), I am just curious to what the supporters of the GOP take as the liberal equivalent to that page.

Or for that matter, who in the liberal media is close to any of these personalities:

Hannity
Rush Limbaugh
Glenn Beck
Bill O'Reilly

I realize those people have for the most part fallen out of favor, but seems like there is always some right wing media personality who starts getting extremely popular with that base of people and finally after a certain period of time people finally come to the realization that they truly are out there and are loaded with bullshit conspiracy theories and crazy person thoughts. At that point, to try to compensate they turn it up to 11 and go completely off the deep end.

Maybe I have been to the liberal equivalent and just don't know it. If there is a liberal equivalent, I haven't heard the GOP claim it as such.

There was a radio station where I used to live with a host that referred to Bush as Hitler and warned viewers he intended to declare martial law and start quartering soldiers in people's homes.

I believe the station was called progressive radio but I don't remember the host's name.

I believe Breitbart is equivalent to NY Times/ Washington Post. I'm sure you can see the problem there.

Mike Malloy he is a liberal talk show host who actually sounds angrier than Glenn Beck or O'Reilly. Carries a firearm too for protection. Don't know if he's paranoid or not.

There are certainly left wing equivalents, but the difference is that these right wing "news" sources have become the principal news source of vast swaths of the Republican electorate, with fox news being the ring leader. Fear, resentment, and anxiety is a product that those on the right have an insatiable appetite for, and all these outfits have sprung up to provide it for them. Conservatives like to point to the existence of MSNBC to justify their fox news viewing habits, but MSNBC's ratings suck for a reason. Liberals dont universally flock to it unless new episodes of locked up come out.

That's a difficult analogy, because to the conservatives, Brietbart is the epitome of unfiltered, unbiased, absolute truth. Whereas to a conservative, anything that appears to have the smallest stench of liberalism at any time in its history is by nature filled with lies, damned lies, and pure evil.
