<< I'm a moderate libertarian. I believe we should privatize much of government, but not all. Example: I like the national highway system being federally funded and maintained, and believe it is not only for private transportation but for military use as well (It's original purpose, actually).
BTW, the Green party may come off as "socially liberal" but they are authoritarian to the core with nanny state policy. They will go to great lengths to save you from yourself... and trust me, your freedoms will be the price to pay for this. If you don't think personal, social freedoms will be affected by this, you had better think again.
The Libertarian party is the most socially liberal party there is. While some Libertarians may not agree with what you do morally, they have no policy in place to advocate passing laws against what you do if it harms no one else directly. Doing so would directly violate their central ideology.

I've voted Libertarian in the last 4 presidential elections, because I couldn't vote either Rep or Dem. We need to go toward Libertarianism, but not all the way.
