no sign up fee at the moment, I think it's 80$ for two of us...seems pretty decent. There is one .5 miles from my work, and 3-4 miles from my house, which is not bad if you ask me.
Anyone use Lifetime and think it's worth the price you pay over say YMCA?
Me and the GF could stand to tighten up a bit..and rock climbing is always fun!
I was thinking of going 3 times a week or so, running all 3 times (unless it's nice out then we run around the lake with our dog)...upper once a week, lower once a week, then mix it up on the third day?
In high school I did about 5 weight lifting classes, haha...as many as I could, it was fun, I got the basics down, but I have not actually lifted in a few years.
all I plan to do is count calories, keep it under 1800 or so a day.
EDIT : I would probably get 20$ or so off per month with my insurance too....I think she may as well.
