I got into the Dreamcast a year or so back as my first console because of the price. Grandia II is one of the "fantasy" games that I bought under recommendation. I played it twice and I don't get it. What's good about this game? Maybe I'm just not a gamer. I think I'll have to stick to my driving sims.12.99 Grandia II (one of the better RPG, but not the hottest price prolly)

hey i have a few questions about online play. I dont have a local phone account but my appt is wired (i use a cell) do i have to get a phone acct as well as a dialup acct to play? Also are there even dreamcast servers still up? I have been thinking of getting into a free MMORPG like Phantasy Star Online II other ? -anyone ever play red dog? some kind of sleeper racing game methinks -anyone find a good deal on dance pad BTW: I just bought Shenmue II for about $50 (Euro version) a few months back and i dont know if its worth the $ especially since its cheap on Xbox now.
I like the Diablo RPG's, but didn't like this one. I also have a brand new unopened copy of Skies of Arcadia that I haven't gotten around to playing yet. Would I like this game if I don't like Grandia 2?Grandia 2 is a great game in the Fantasy RPG genre. So basically if you like Final Fantasy type games, Grandia II is awesome! If you only like Baldur's Gate or not rpg's at all, then Grandia 2 sucks.

I don't know.. In Grandia 2, the characters all look like kid versions of Speed Racer characters to me. You know with the huge eye's. Is that an Asian's idea of what Caucasions look like?

I tried PSO a couple of weeks ago to see if the servers still worked and they were still up.
