That is like asking, Intel or AMD. They both work, one is cheaper (D-link) and does a good job. I personally have a D-Link router, D-link card, build on card, and a linksys in repective systems and they all work fine, so I would go with what is cheapest, I got my D-link for $5. It works just as well as the $20 linksys card I have in my system. You do the math .

Not to add to the confusion, but the Netgear FA311 is a solid 10/100 NIC, I've used the same card w/ both Intel [old rig] and AMD [current rig] w/o any problems at all, hope this helps MDFusion

they are both cheap, you get what you pay for... they should work, but expect either to have little quirks at times.
