Looked like the Tiger got better hits but the Lion caused more damage that we could see.
Was the tiger female?
I think a male lion vs male tiger would have been a more brutal fight.
I think female lions are more viscious than males since females usually do all the hunting.
Being bored at work often, me and my coworkers have actually worked out that a male lion is actualy more likely to win, even though if both animals actually had the intelligence to use their full capabilities, a tiger would win.
The male lion has the thick mane of hair, going against what the tiger often uses as a hunting technique and will probably use on the lion in a fight (neck bites). That gives the lion the advantage. Although, with the tiger's superior size (taking say a big siberian), if it goes for the legs or uses its superior strength to just keep b1tch slapping the lion, it'll win.
In addition to that, the lions would be more aggressive in the fights (especially male) because their job is to protect territory and the pride (look at videos where hyenas dominate until the male lion gets there and makes them the b1tches). The tiger on the other hand is a solitary hunter, and so an injury is more likely to be deadly (disabling it, making it less effective at the hunt) so it will be less tentative during the fight and might not go all out.
With that said, I feel bad that such great animals in what should be a protective environment were allowed to fight, I damn wish we had a good video of it happening in the wild where they go all out.
EDIT: I think the tiger won that one. I don't know much about animal behavior, but it seems the tiger went into the dominant position after the fight, with it laying there and the lion off to the side, or in the corner. It also had its head up higher then the lion (which had it down towards the ground).
