Star Trek - 10/10
One of the best movies I've seen in a long while IMO. Not too long, not too short. AWESOME action, good story, good cast.
With plot holes galore. It was enjoyable but no way is it a 10/10 with how messed up the story is.
I'm just curious what you thought the plot holes were? I got a giggle when they randomly threw in the "well now the future has changed, and our lives will be very different from this point on" line to attempt to cover what they could. I'm curious what was glaring aside from that. That said, I'm a TNG man, I never really caught up on TOS.

Princess Bride - 5/10 chick flick with some clever lines but nothing amusing or inspirational.
prepare to be flamed
I'll bite. The Princess Bride f'ing rocks. It's a classic! You know, I really don't think about it as a chick flick tho either.. just a goofy film that's damned entertaining with all the absurd dialogue.
What have I seen recently? Hmm.
Blindess - 2/10. Not at all what I was expecting. Yea sure, another human situation/expose on humanity movie. Next.
Star Trek - 9/10. Absolutely loved it.
Zach and Miri Make a Porno - 6/10. Not as good as other Kevin Smith / Seth Rogan movies.. but still had some good laughs.
Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist - 9/10. I really liked it. Quite a bit. Good music. Reminded me of a lot of high school nights gone awry. Personal feelings/nostalgia probably bump it up to that 9.
Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959) - 6/10. I enjoy older movies. They just have "that" style. Fun to watch.
The Time Machine (1960) - 6/10. See previous.
Quantum of Solace - 6/10. These new James Bond flicks are just flashy action movies. Cool action scenes but that's about it. It just doesn't do much for me.
Bottle Shock - 4/10. I'm an Alan Rickman fan, but he's barely in the movie. It was a movie worth watching to pass an afternoon, but nothing special .. nothing really lasting about it.
