1) Hire a CPA
2) Take a very nice vacation for a month with my wife and daughter, and maybe occasionally bring some friends/other family with us.
3) Live my life as I normally would have, just with better vacations and more fun
I like my job, and if I didn't have it, I'd be incredibly bored. You might argue that with $100m you could find lots of new things to do to keep you from getting bored, but there's no real meaning in it.
Further down the line would be to buy a nicer house in a better location (nothing too fancy or big, though), a few toys, maybe a new car (<$40k), and, of course, lots of charitable contributions. I've always wanted to do some work with a humanitarian group like Choice.
