Here is the story:

Listed an item for sale on Craigslist. Some person gave me an offer which I think is too low (and I would rather not sell the item at the price).

Lets say he/she offered X.

My first response:
"will let it go for X+$50"

Again he/she offers the same price and tells that I have had the item on Craigslist for a month and I reply:
"Sorry, I wont go any lower than X+$50. I am not in a hurry to sell it."

Then he/she replies back with a long email trying to justify his/her price and I reply back with:
"Sorry, not interested at that price. "

Then I get a nice lecture from him/her in the email where he/she is calling me names and still offering his/her price and justifying it more and I reply back with:
"Thanks for the nice lecture but you gave me an offer, I said "NO" in plain and simple terms and told you the minimum I would go.

Thanks"

Last email I got from him/her states: "You're pathetic"

I feel that this this person is going way out of league here and has started to harass me after I have turned his/her repeated offers. What can I do ?

the person is emailing from his/her T-mobile Sidekick phone and I have his/her tmobile email address

UPDATE
I just replied him/her with this:
"XXXXX (or whatever you name is)

I am going to be forwarding all this communication to the local PD since you are taking this way ahead and out of league and have actually started to harass me with this email and your last email. I will be filing an official complaint against you with the local law enforcement and will be filing to gather your information against the Freedom of Information act from your ISP/Phone Provider.

You just fail to understand. I listed my item and clearly told you (in a respectable and polite mannter) that I am not going to sell it for anything below my set price and after my refusal to sell it to you at the price you demanded, you have started harassing/bothering me.

Thanks"

and just now, I get this response back:
"My co worker used my sidekick phone to send you emails today. I just
read them. Sorry bout that."

Man up and stop being a child.

You think a total of 5 e-mails is harassment?

1. recognize sender
2. hit delete
3. repeat as necessary

/thread

alternatively you can throw your computer/iphone/laptop out the window.

The problem is that the person has my cell phone number that I gave in the first response when he/she asked if the item was available

Seriously, it's Craigslist, not like they're in front of you saying the same stuff.

You could

1. ignore the idiot
2. report it to tmobile if that continues.

I'd give him a reply telling him that you'd report it to tmobile and then he will be arguing with tmobile and not you to get his service back.

There's a sure way to teach idiots a lesson and that it to smack them in the face.

I feel like signing this person's tmobile address for all the SPAM I can find  How does Tmobile's sidekick work when it comes to email ? Is it counted as a MMS/SMS message or just uses the data connection ?

Ask him his number and call him with a blocked number. Then ask for his co-worker and get an apology.

because that is the appropriate punishment for someone with little tact trying to get you to sell an item for less than you were willing to?

Just ignore it, block the email.

I wish that site and all of its users got killed. You're not tight cuz you post on some board full of dumbasses and Uncle Pedis.

OP, I dunno if I would've done that so soon, but good luck from here on out.

You fueled the situation by replying more than once. Just set your email blacklist to block the person's email. Sheesh.
