You could
1. ignore the idiot
2. report it to tmobile if that continues.
I'd give him a reply telling him that you'd report it to tmobile and then he will be arguing with tmobile and not you to get his service back.
There's a sure way to teach idiots a lesson and that it to smack them in the face.
Gluck
I just replied him/her with this:
"XXXXX (or whatever you name is)
I am going to be forwarding all this communication to the local PD since you are taking this way ahead and out of league and have actually started to harass me with this email and your last email. I will be filing an official complaint against you with the local law enforcement and will be filing to gather your information against the Freedom of Information act from your ISP/Phone Provider.
You just fail to understand. I listed my item and clearly told you (in a respectable and polite mannter) that I am not going to sell it for anything below my set price and after my refusal to sell it to you at the price you demanded, you have started harassing/bothering me.
Thanks"
and just now, I get this response back:
"My co worker used my sidekick phone to send you emails today. I just
read them. Sorry bout that."
I feel like signing this person's tmobile address for all the SPAM I can find  How does Tmobile's sidekick work when it comes to email ? Is it counted as a MMS/SMS message or just uses the data connection ?

don't stoop to his level.
you scared the person into an apology and probably a cover-his-ass lie. time to let it go now.

i may be wrong, but it seemed like just an idle threat, and it did the trick.
