It should tell you how to return it on the packing slip. I've returned their online purchased DVDs at their B&Ms when they sent me the wrong version before. Let us know how you make out, I'm waiting to receive my label maker.

There is a Merchandise Return Form in the box, with return address label, but not prepaid. The instruction says:

Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning items to any BestBuy store...

I guess I'll drop it to BestBuy today

I am going to return the dumb labels as soon as the drive hit my door and I print out the receipt... I know its FAR but I'd rather have my 10 bucks. =)

My drive has been shipped as of 08/28 - got the UPS tracking..and like you, bleuiko, I'll be returning the labels as well... i carefully looked at the package, and it's such a ripoff, a bunch of empty space and only **10** labels....doh!

After you get your rebate check you'll have your ten bucks ...and the dumb labelmaker ...how can you lose? Especially if its FAR? I re-thought this. Am I missing something? Is there a hole in my logic?

You lose tax money. But that's not that much and it isn't the point. I don't really need the labels and its one less rebates to have to remember... not to mention even with the best rebates there is always a chance that you won't get it. By returning it, I have 100% chance of getting my money back and right away. They can have the labels which I was going to throw away anyway...

i ordered on 8/14 and it's still backordered. however, i went to circuit city, which has the drive for $15 AR in the store. the shelf area for the drive was full, too, with 6 on the shelf and probably more in the back.
