Little Help

I am building a computer for the first time, initially when I bought all the parts I was confident I knew what I was doing. Recently I have been reading articles my motherboard I-WILL KK266-R and now my mind is filled with the fear of it overheating. I have bought an Antec SX1030B Full Tower case, with two rear fans. I also have a heatsink and fan for my 1.4 Ghz Athalon. I was wondering if anyone had any input for a first time computer building, not just on the heat issue but on anything. Thank you

Basic tip # 1- RTFM. If it has a manual, read it. You could miss something important if you don't

#2- read anand's guide on building a computer

#3- Don't stress out. NOTHING is done perfectly the first time. If you have to go back into the case a few times, you aren't nessessarily a dolt. My first time it took me many times going back in to get it right. (power light plug backwards, HDD light plug backwards, floppy cable on wrong, RAM not seated properly, you get the idea)

#4- plan on taking at least 1 full day to put it together, and another to get the software in correctly. If you do it faster than that you are either getting help/ good/ or friggin lucky.

Follow Kartajan's advice, and when you have the system up and running, watch your case and CPU temps. Its real easy to see if youre going to have a problem or not.
