Yes, you're right. Doesn't appear the takeoff20 promotion code is valid for the lighter, but it sure is valid for just about everything else!! Add something to your cart and plug in the takeoff20 promo.

By the way, $2.99 for the lighter is pretty cheap regardless. I'm having fun with this thing.

I lit some heavy cardboard way better than a normal lighter with this thing, so it would light kindling really easily and quickly. Plus it says it's windproof - I haven't tested this, but the flame is really hard to blow out, so you wouldn't have the same wind problem starting a fire the way you do with matches or a normal lighter.

The flame is probably around an inch long. You can see it in the video link on Will Hansen's or StumbleBum1's posts.
