Seems like MS has finally gotten their act together with their Live Deals of the Week by offering games for half off two weeks in a row. Previously it was less than half and usually some old piece of DLC.

:thumbsup: to ikaruga, one of the greatest shooters ever. I hate it so much because of the difficulty, but I love it just as much because of it.

Does it show up as 400 points on the 360 marketplace only? The linked website says 800 points?

You have to be logged into your Gold account on 360 Marketplace for it to show up as 400 points. Otherwise, it shows as 400.

Tempting, but I have it for GC. Does the XBLA version support vertical mounting your display? I'm far too lazy to actually do that most of the time, but it'd be awesome to try once.

I don't know about that, but the XBLA version does have online co-op. I already have Ikaruga on the DC but I'm picking this up for the online play. Been waiting for it to go on sale.

Let's call the whaaaaambulance for you then. Most people have gold... if you don't then that's your own problem. At least it offers half off specials to some users when they could be like other companies and NEVER have DLC deals.
