It's like the networks have bottled up High School(the laughing at and belitting other people part), and packaged it out as TV shows. It's quite revolting.:Q The Running Man will happen one day, because people are too dumb and too entraced to say that it isn't right.

The problem is that they all have unrealistic expectations about weight loss. Losing 22 lbs in the first week is great, but 21 lbs of that is water.

I think they built some muscle too, which weighs more, but raises metabolism, and will help them lose weight later on.

Yeah, trading siblings could work too I guess. You ship your brother or sister off to a foreign country and let them live with a family while you take in their child to raise as your own for a while.

This is called the student exchange program.
