Is there a way to lock a file to keep from accidentally deleting it? I know with Windows Pro versions, you can encrypt contents to secure data and change permissions but that is only available on Pro versions. And it seems like there could be a simpler way to do this. I also realize when you do delete something, it is still in the recycle bin and can be recovered unless you do shift+delete. Would there not be a simple way for Windows to come up with a way to use a password or something?
