Does anybody know if this is possible on a user end? LabCorp does it here, and I would like to know how to do this, for personal use. I'm sure it's an entry in the Registry somewhere, but I have no idea where.
Go to a command prompt and type in "gpedit.msc".
You could also make a shortcut to this and add it to your 'Administrator Tools' folder on your start menu.
SOMEWHERE under 'Security Settings' or 'Administrative Templates' is the ability to keep your users from changing wallpapers. Along with many other settings.
Please be VERY careful with the things you change in here. This is one of those tools that can wreck your whole system if used impropery. I would recommend a system restore point.
