Got it last week free after 50mir and 10 coupon someone had scanned for me The manager didn't want to give me the 10 bucks off because it was a copied print and blown up from original size. He was all mad and said your allready getting a great mouse for 10 bucks.

I said I want the 10 bucks off or no sale. He said ok, sorry no sale:disgust:. I really wanted this mouse so I made him call his district manager and he had to give me the 10 bucks off. So Free after everything. I kinda felt like a jerk after I left, but I got a free mouse. :laugh:

PS this is not good for FPS gaming but works fine for office use.

I was going to pick up this mouse yesterday, but my local store was OOS. If this had been a G7 I would've called nearby stores to see if they had any. But I already have an LX5, so this was just going to be a cheap office use upgrade.

Weird, the site mentions free ship to store, but there is no add to cart since it is in store only. I guess I have to call RS tomorrow to find a retailer selling this mouse in stock.

You can check all the stores near you for inventory from online.

Picked up 2, not at our local store which was OOS, but at one about 20 miles away. Appear to be decent mice, although I prefer a good quality trackball any day.

I do currently use the Logitech MX Laser on one of my machines and like it very much.

I got mine last night. All that it's going to cost me is tax (8.6%). So for $4.xx I have a VERY nice mouse. I love it. It's VERY accurate.

The first one plopped right in and works great.

I will be installing the second one here as soon as XP is done installing on different machine.
Interested to see if they interfere with each other since I see no obvious way to set them to different ?channels?.

Rebates are filled out, copied and mailed. Guy at RS claimed 4 weeks to get it back. Form said 8-12 weeks.

Mine works great and the tracking is flawless. I love the idea you can turn this off or the smart power switching it does when the computer is in sleep mode or off. I can't tell you how quick batteries ran dead in my old wireless mouse. This is tiding me over till my Amazon shipment of the VX Revolution arrives.

is this deal still alive? I need a wireless mouse for HTPC use. If it has a power saving mode then I could use it.

Question: Can you manually turn off the mouse? Or does it only turn off when your computer is off?

I would only use it for occasional gaming. Other times I just use the mce remote.

No..the $50 MIR expired on the 10th (Saturday).
