i was amazed at the quality of the picture and the framerate. although its not 30, i would guess its at least 15. the audio i do by a separate pots line.
one thing i noticed is that the frame rate is not constant. perhaps because of the packet nature of the transmission. in the backround is a ceiling fan and the blades slow down and speed up moment to moment. kinda interesting.
the video still lags the audio but it is something you get used to.
any suggestions for improving the frame rate? i'm using the logitec video im device which works better than the yahoo webcam connection.
