I'd like one of these attention but I always get a file not found.

And when I searched with the code, the inventory showed -2 (!) and the price tag was 69.95 (!!)

I couldn't find a promo with 50 off 50.

The last two orders I've tried to place with equalfooting have failed.


The second order even said it had been shipped. After 4 days, I called them...."...we've been out of stock for a week now..." is all they had to say. To really top things off the lady went on to say, "...we'll gladly give you credit for the value plus shipping at our store.."

WHAT? Credit for an item at your store that you didn't have?!?!? That you didn't ship!!!


They even sent me a cute letter awhile ago...$10 off first purchase of $100....

TO H*ll with them.

I own one of these keyboards and I have to say they are great! Been using it for over 6 months now and the batteries are only now starting to die (Duracell Ultras). Not bad for a wireless keyboard. This is with heavy use.

The battery life on the logitech mice aren't as great though... at least under heavy use. I guess for the keyboards, standard batteries will do, but for the mice, best to use NiMH rechargable batteries.

People who couldn't get the items they desired:
The 50 off 50 deal for new customers is on until JANUARY 2001 !

I always call a company if I order the first time, just to see the response and if the item is REALLY in stock.
And they were friendly and helpful.

There is no coupon number if you follow the original link, that was the second reason why I called. On the phone she told me that it is OK and I will get a check in a few weeks.

TimTran: yes, you can buy anything totaling above 50$.

Did anybody find the rebate link from logitech? There was a 10 off 50?

I just called in and ordered another one for my "roommate".
They have now (6:08 pm Los Angeles) 30 units left and will fill them up continuously.

Another thing I should point out here: They have free shipping, i.e. the seller is paying for that. But somehow this is not set up yet.
What you need to do -AFTER you received the item- is to call them and complain that you were charged the shipping fee.
They will then reimburse that to you.

I got my keyboard, and the other one (for my "rommate&quot should arrive tomorrow, as I ordered it later.
They charged me with shipping though, I called them and they will reimburse me that fee, as shipping was advertised free.
Sad that they pulled the promo, but maybe it will come again??
