Logitech Elite Keyboard and MX500

HI, bought this set over my old Logitech Cordless Elite Duo...

the mouse and keyboard took my only 2 USB ports. can i combine them using one?

How can i make my mouse go smoother and more precise...???

the mouse just don't listen to me when i try to play games or browse.

didn't install i-touch software... i just plugged in and use.

i have no problems with my mx500, i used on cloth, and ratpadz

my table is plastic top. so it will reflect, does it matter?

Quality of the surface is important,it pays to have a good surface even for a great mouse like the MX500,I suggest you try a plain piece of white plain A4 paper(like use for inkjet printers) if that improves your mouse then go and buy something decent like the Everglide Optical Giganta mouse pad from
here .

Btw any matt black surface should work ok as well,if you don`t get any improvement then probably your mouse is defective so I would suggest you get it replaced.

the paper quality of an A4 is too rough.

so is it just plain color will be fine? i try to use my binder instead

A4 paper is not too rough. For my MX700, I am using the plain desk and it tracks great!

the paper i am using is just not smooth enough... the paper will not stick to the table and my mouse is giving enough friction to tear the paper apart.

right now i just don't have something smooth and big enough as a mouse pad.

Wow, I think you really are having some serious problems with that and I think you should get a real mouse pad.
