Well the g7 comes out to 16 bucks what is the problem. I upgraded from the mx500 to the g5 and it seriously felt like my framerates got faster because of how smoth the mouse was. I also was getting better shots on people.

Other than what I mentioned earliar about the g7 they are identical.

G5 = $25
G7 = $16

That's what I need help on deciding!!

I think you can do one of each since they are entirely different rebates (G7 = $50, G5 = $30). I decided on a G7... this will be the second time I got the top of the line mouse for a ridiculous price.

MX700: Bought at Best Buy for $24 (After PM/Rebate)

G7: Amazon for $17

Decided on the G7 because

a) Cheaper
b) If I like the MX518 more, I can just use this for my laptop

I got it direct from Amazon just now, so its back in stock - Shiipping is free and its not free from tiger, so better (or equal) to get from Amazon at $66 vs $61+shipping
