Picked up the Logitech G502 Proteus Gaming Mouse for $39.99 also.

Had a $25 reward cert and a $53 gift card I saved for some black Friday shopping. Wound up paying $27 shipped with 2yr warranties on both of them.

Maybe, but blues vs. browns makes a big difference for some. Personally, I hate blues but love browns.

In for a G710+. I hope I don't get a defect. The reviews on Newegg say trying to go through customer support is an absolute nightmare.

I've been using a G710 for a few months now. Nice, heavy, tank-like keyboard. Keys are definitely noisy; doesn't bother me but sometimes bothers others nearby. One oddity that bugs me is that they decided to put the characters you get with the shift key UNDER the non-shift characters on the key faces.

That's a design choice influenced by the backlighting. The primary symbols in that config will be fully lit and the shifted symbols will be partially lit if at all.

Nice kb. I've had mine for a long time now. Still looks/operates like new. The only downside is the angled sides which sometimes fires off the side button on my G502.

710 is showing $93.37 for me on Amazon, although the 710+ is back at $65.

Folks, remember these keyboards have o-rings under each key which take away from the mechanical keyboard feel. Pop off a key and remove the o-ring to feel the difference and it'll also be a little bit louder as well. I removed the o-rings from all my keys.

Got the G710+ online with free shipping ~$67 with state tax. A few minutes ago the price on bestbuy.com went up to $89.99.

got my logitech G710+

took out all the rubber O-Rings underneath each keycaps. Literally took 1 hour to remove all the keys using conventional nail clippers with the filing side. If you have key cap removers, it'll probably save you about 5 minutes...

When I have a chance later this month, I'm going to replace all the o-rings with some firmer EPDM rings I have on hand. I also plan to lubricate the stabilizer bars with silicone super-lube and put 3-4 drops of teflon lubricant into each keyswitch.

By the end of it, they keyboard will feel completely unrecognizable! And probably be ruined.
