SMOKING hot deal on the G600 MMO mouse. I received one of those this past winter and it has performed above and beyond my previous Naga.

That one is really tempting.. and I stopped MMO awhile ago.
The F310 is a great deal too for 16 bucks for all your emulator needs.
I don't play MMO's. I'm mostly a casual FPS gamer but it's still tempting as a replacement for my well aged G9.

Heads-up: just went into Best Buy today (Northern VA Tyson's Corner store) to pick up the F310 gamepad.

Well, inside the store, it was marked "sale" item with $7 markdown from $24.99 to $17.99. But the actual sale on the web shows a $9 markdown to $15.99. Pretty shady of them. I had to load the website from my phone during checkout and ask them to price match their own damn website.

Hurry up and go out of business already BestBuy...

I have been debating the G700s for days now. Currently have a G400 (replaced an MX518) and also have a G600 which I generally will only use if playing MMOs. Looking for more of an FPS mouse. Thoughts from owners? I've heard that the cable that comes with the G700s is pretty stiff and have seen complaints from some while trying to use it wired -- any truth to that?

EDIT: Just noticed that Amazon dropped the price of the G502 down to $54.99 (was around $62 yesterday). May go that route instead.

Got myself a G710+ since my G105 started recognizing more keystrokes than I was pressing. Very nice keyboard...MX Browns feel lighter than I remember but it suits my typing style. Nice to have hardware volume controls again, too. Only downside is the lock indicators are REALLY bright (brighter than the highest setting) and aren't affected by the backlight toggle.

1. Remove keycap
2. add small piece of masking tape
3. replace keycap
4. profit

You shouldn't have to do that since you paid for a fancy keyboard already, but it works. If you want to be fancy about it they make stickers that will provide various degrees of light filtering for annoying gadget lights, but I've always found masking tape works just fine, and you can still see the indicator is on or off.

I knew someone would be like that.

The brightness isn't a big deal for me, but I figured it might be for someone else. My desk has a lowered keyboard tray, I just need to slide it forward to hide the light.

The G700s does go to $50 every now and then, but it's still a great price. I got it at that price on Amazon two years ago, but there were some shipping problems and they eventually gave a me a further discount, so I ended up paying $25.

It's true, but you can use any generic USB cable with it. I use it wired at all times with a different cable. It works equally well wireless but the battery life is not great. The large number of buttons is very useful even for FPSs, and I got it specifically for that.

I went ahead and got the G502 from Amazon for $55. Ought to be fun to play with!

If you get promo codes from Fry's there is a topic on slickdeals (search G602) about the g602 for $25 and G710 (non plus version) keyboard for $60 today only (Saturday). I grabbed one of each but they are now backordered if you order online.
