Reseller Ratings aren't the best, but might be worth it for about $75 less then any place else.

I want to point out that the cradle on this thing sucks, it is almost impossible to get it sit right and charge. I have played with two of them and the forums are full of people who have the same problem. As soon as they fix this I will buy it, til then I would wait because the remote itself is amazing. Good upgrade from the B&W ones, better layout, buttons and ergonomics. I am sure Logitech will fix it by this Christmas, if not earlier.

I have the 659, it's an awesome remote! I think everyone should get remotes that are this easy...you just hook it up, go on the website and tell it what you have, and viola, it works

I've had this remote for a month and a half and NEVER have had a problem with it charging. I really wish I would have purchased it at this great price!

I had one, did not have trouble. Some do have problem charging it. Raise one side, so it fit in better: or, it seems strange, face down the remote, put charger on top.

Mine was shipped from only 250 miles away and arrived yesterday. I ordered on Saturday so I'm very pleased with the service.

I played around with it last night and it's as good as everyone says. I can finally run my HT system with just a button press here or there instead of switching modes everytime I want to do something.

Wife bought one for my birthday. took it back after 29 days. The cradle sucks, the tumbler was already going bad. HAd to shake the ever living crap out of it to get it to wake up. kept causing my tv to switch inputs. Wouldnt turn off my harmon kardon in device mode. This thing still needs work.
